NACC conducts KAYA Ko! program for aging-out foster children in NCR
QUEZON CITY – The National Authority for Child Care (NACC) successfully conducts its first life-skill training under its KAYA Ko (Kaalaman, Abilidad, Yamang Angkin Ko)! program for foster children, aged 12–18, from the National Capital Region (NCR) on November 22, Saturday.

The NACC's 1st National Congress on Adoption and Alternative Child Care: “Building a LeaGUe of AMPON Heroes for Children,” seeks to strengthen ties and partnerships with local government units (LGUs) and capacitate them to carry out their shared responsibility in adoption and alternative child care mandate.
What is NACC
The National Authority for Child Care (NACC) is newly created attached quasi-juducial agency of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)
All duties functions, and responsibilities of the ICAB, the DSWD, and other government agencies relating to alternative child care and adoption will be transferred to NACC.
